THE PINK EDIT began with a purpose.

This October, The Halter Corner is introducing a limited collection created in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month — a collection filled with pink, gold, sparkle, symbolism and, most importantly, stories.

THE PINK EDIT brings together necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and statement pieces designed to be beautiful enough to catch your eye, but meaningful enough to stay with you long after October is over.

And this collection goes beyond jewelry.

Pink has become one of the most recognizable symbols of breast cancer awareness around the world.

But behind that color are millions of individual stories.

Stories of women hearing a diagnosis they never expected. Stories of treatment, uncertainty, courage and recovery. Stories of families supporting someone they love. Stories of women who survived and women whose lives were taken far too soon.

There are also the doctors, researchers, campaigners, public figures and advocates who have used their voices to bring greater visibility to breast cancer.

That is what we wanted THE PINK EDIT to represent.

Not simply pink jewelry for October, but a collection that acknowledges the people behind the ribbon.

Creating awareness was important, but I also wanted this collection to contribute in a tangible way.

That is why CHF 5 from every Pink Edit piece sold is donated to the Ligue vaudoise contre le cancer.

Supporting an organization here in Vaud felt especially meaningful because The Halter Corner is rooted in Switzerland and supported by women from this community.

Breast cancer affects women and families everywhere, but help often starts locally — through organizations that provide information, guidance, support and resources to people navigating cancer and everything that comes with it.

I wanted every Pink Edit purchase to represent more than simply buying a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Each purchase becomes a small contribution.

On its own, CHF 5 may seem modest. But when one purchase becomes ten, twenty, fifty or more, those individual contributions begin to grow into something much bigger.

That idea is at the heart of this collection.

It is about showing that small gestures can still carry meaning.

It is about choosing something beautiful while also supporting a cause.

And it is about creating a collection that brings women together through style, conversation and awareness.

Whether you purchase a piece for yourself, gift one to a survivor, wear one in memory of someone you love, or simply choose to support the cause, you become part of the story behind THE PINK EDIT.

Because wearing pink can be beautiful.

But wearing it with meaning makes it even more powerful.

Every Piece Has a Name — and Every Name Has a Story

One of the most meaningful parts of creating THE PINK EDIT was deciding that the pieces shouldn't simply have random names.

Instead, the collection pays tribute to breast cancer survivors, women we have lost to the disease, and advocates who have helped bring attention to breast cancer.

You may recognize some of the names.

Others may introduce you to a story you had never heard before.

Pieces throughout the collection are named in honor of women whose journeys represent different sides of the breast cancer story — survival, advocacy, loss, resilience and visibility.

Among them are women from entertainment, television, music and public life, alongside names with a more personal connection.

This was important to me because breast cancer awareness can sometimes become reduced to a ribbon or a color during the month of October.

But breast cancer isn't just pink.

It is personal.

By giving these pieces names, we wanted to bring the focus back to the people.

Jewelry That Starts Conversations

Jewelry has always been more than decoration.

We wear jewelry to celebrate milestones. We inherit it from people we love. We buy pieces on holidays, birthdays and important days in our lives.

Sometimes one tiny necklace can carry an entire memory.

That emotional connection is exactly why jewelry felt like such a natural way for The Halter Corner to participate in Pink October.

To the Survivors, the Fighters, the Families and Those We Remember

🎀

THE PINK EDIT is dedicated to the women living with breast cancer today.

To the survivors.

To those currently going through treatment.

To those waiting for answers.

To the mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and partners standing beside them.

To the advocates who continue to speak openly about breast health and early detection.

And to the women whose lives were lost to the disease, but whose names and stories continue to matter.

Creating this collection has reminded us that behind every statistic is a person.

And behind every person is an entire circle of people who love them.

That is who this collection is for.
