What's Covered

Our 12-month guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Faulty clasps, broken chains, or loose settings that occur under normal wear
  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to material defects (not normal wear and tear)
  • Plating issues that result from manufacturing defects

 

What's NOT Covered

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under our guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or surface marks from everyday use
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Loss, theft, or damage beyond our control
  • Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or saltwater
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications done by third parties
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, as per our return policy)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers

 

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect covered by our guarantee, here's how to proceed:

  1. Contact us at support@thehaltercorner.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and the defect
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Return the item for inspection (you cover initial shipping unless the defect is confirmed)
  3. We'll review your claim within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge and cover return shipping to you

 

Important Notes

  • This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • This guarantee is in addition to your 14-day return policy and EU consumer rights
  • We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is covered under this guarantee
  • Replacement items will be the same or comparable style, subject to availability

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Store pieces separately in a dry place to prevent scratching
